Vivaldi browser

Vivaldi is my favourite web browser.

I like it because you can hide almost the entire interface, then control it via:

1. keyboard shortcuts
2. mouse gestures
3. Ctrl+E + fuzzy-find the name of any command

I'm also fond of the ability to change tabs by holding right-click and scrolling.

It isn't super privacy-focused like Brave, but it also isn't intrusive like Chrome or Edge.

It's based on Chromium, which some people don't like because it means that by using Vivaldi, I indirectly support anti-user web standards. (TODO explain this, it's important)
